To produce our Italian Cider we use a balanced mix of whole and selected fruits. Why? Because to produce a high quality apple cider it is important to use the best raw materials; therefore the use of apples that grow in our area makes the difference. To have a taste that reflects the most refined palate’s needs, the CiderBrewer use a balanced mix of sweet and sour varieties, turns it into apple juice which, through fermentation in autoclave, give birth to an explosion of fruity and unique bubbles.
