BLANCHE italian beer: the unforgettable
BLANCHE italian beer: territory and production process
Strongly linked to the territory in which it is born, our blanche stems from raw materials typical from Dolomites area: first of all, the “Biava” that means oats.
Delicate but full-bodied, lightly hopped. A meeting of memories and passion for the true and local flavors: oats, dandelion, elderflowers, hops and coriander. An unique and unforgettable style, no doubt about that.
This Blanche Beer by Dolomites is a craft beer: it is unfiltered because our goal is to maintain its genuine and natural taste and flavor.
